MD Helicopters is a single facility headquartered at Falcon Field in Mesa, AZ. MD has over 2 million square feet of vertically integrated manufacturing and production capabilities. Everything from production to paint, supply chain to engineering, a Part 145 Repair Station, MRO, Training, airframe components production and pre-assembly.
MD is constantly at work to manufacture, purchase, stock, and distribute all of the parts needed to keep your aircraft flying, and the MD network is ready to help with your spare parts needs. For information about spare parts availability and pricing, please contact an MD network member.
The MD Field Service team and the MD Network are standing by to assist you with all of your R&O needs. From main rotor gearboxes and overrunning clutches, we can help maintain your helicopter to its factory specifications. Keeping your aircraft ready to fly is our top priority, which is why MD offers exchange programs for many assemblies including main rotor gearboxes, main rotor hubs, and tail rotor gearboxes. MD is constantly working to overhaul these assemblies and keep them in inventory for immediate exchange. MD’s exchange program is supported across the MD network. MD Helicopters is committed to manufacturing and delivering the highest quality aircraft. That’s why our aircraft are backed with a 2-year, 2,000-hour warranty and our spares, repairs, and overhauls are backed with a 1-year, 1,000-hour warranty.
